Categorizing a naked baby as "porn" in an indictment of the person doing so. What next do we define as porn: bare feet? Sheep?

In the context of 2021, yes, I doubt YouTube would allow any music videos that featured naked babies. The fact the Guardian and other newspapers cropped the image reinforces some sort of cultural shift has taken place with the acceptability of such images (while paradoxically "real" porn flourishes). On that basis, fine, sue to stop a trend you think needs to be stopped. If you want to claim you were exploited via coercion to sign an unfair contract, also fine. But we need to stop trying to prosecute/cancel people in the present for "breaking" every conceivable acceptable present day norm while they were still living in the past.
