Can't find employees? It's a common moan. Being a registered international economic genius, I came up with a solution. Offer double the money. I know, it's hard to understand. But it definitely works. Or maybe even offer 10x as much money to get good employees.

Some whining business owners will plead that their business can't afford to pay so much. In that case, it's obvous that they are trying to run a business that doesn't have good economic foundations. They need to shut their business and get a real job working for somebody else who does have an economic business.

They will find they earn more doing that than paying the market price for employees that leads them to going bust, earning $0 an hour.

Please nominate me for a Nobel Prize in Economics as this is a very common problem around the world and this amazing solution is obviously beyond normal human thinking.

The USA had the problem decades ago. So many businesses set up businesses in China or bought from Made in China suppliers instead of very expensive American workers. China now has the same problem. Those Made in China businesses will have to set up shop in North Korea or Indonesia, Afghanistan, Venezuela, Kenya or somewhere or buy from suppliers there.
