My wife is an excellent cook.

Unlike me, she is an early adopter - especially in her kitchen.

She first bought an instant pot several years ago. They add to the quality of the recipe and do it very quickly.

We make homemade yogurt all the time. If you ever make homemade yogurt, you'll never buy store bought again. We substitute yogurt for mayonnaise or sour cream often.

This spring she bought a second instant pot - it also serves as a pressure cooker. She uses that for canning food that is non acidic.

Her recent addition is made by Carey ( rebranded by Nesco of which I have two for making Salsa). It can steam, pressure cook, and/or brown. She loves it. Nesco is a brand that lasts forever. Often used by locals for steaming brats at festivals and picnics.

She loves, I love it. <smile>
