One can do that in the shower more easily than the cupped hand approach. There's a yoga exercise that involves taking water in through the nose, that works but there is a tendency to tense up. Relaxed is better, let the water run through, don't let those childhood memories of water up the nose in the pool kick in. That's why I prefer the shower, I don't have to actively inhale, just let the water run. Pretend I'm a sewer pipe for a few seconds.

Quercitin and zinc, once in a while or if I've had a doctor or dentist appointment, been doing that all along.
