Hendrik,
Thanks for the link with the changes on the symbols.
Mike,
I just downloaded the software this evening, so I haven't tried it very extensively. One change I noticed was that now you can do 'Print Preview', which is something that before you couldn't and it is useful to me since I have some large sheets.
The only thing that is annoying is that 'Print Preview' is ctrl-v. I am so used to using ctrl-c and ctrl-v to copy and paste... Paste doesn't have a shortcut, I don't understand why.
Something else I noticed is that now, if you have several sheets open, you can go from one to the other easily through the 'Window' option in the menu bar, like any other Windows application ... This was something that 2.5.1 didn't have and irritated the hell out of me ...
Another nice feature is that if you had several sheets open when you exit IQ, when you open it back, it loads up the same sheets onto the screen that you had when you closed it.
But, overall, seems pretty much the same.
Good luck. Mike. |
