Check out Doc #1150 -- "*STATUS REPORT of Litigation by Wayne Klein" There are 126 lawsuits in that list. The vast majority of those cases have been settled, and most of them have a status of "Paid in full" That doc also lists the cases where the judge awarded "Summary Judgment" against the Defendants. The cases where the Defendants have not paid their judgment will be turned over to the U.S. for collection. Turned over to the U.S. ??? Gulp! The U.S. is well known for its success in collection of debt. They can attach wages, etc. and take other actions which are not desirable to those in debt. If that doesn't work, give "Lefty" a call ... 8 cases are in default. Those cases will also be turned over to the U.S. for collection. Gulp! Near the bottom of that doc: The statuses of the 17 lawsuits filed by the Receiver that are still pending* are described in the table below: Only 17 left ?? Moving right along. Sure is a pretty day.
