I disagree as to the degree of blame. LOL!!! Biden was selected less than a year ago... And, rather than admit what a disaster that project is... and who, alone, is clearly responsible for it... you want to ramble on about ancient history that has NOTHING AT ALL to do with how dysfunctional things are now... how broken things are now... because Democrats have broken them... Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, yada yada... Obama is far more responsible for how broken things are RIGHT NOW... than any of them... Democrats at the helm... steering toward the rocks... hit the rocks... and blame everyone else that ever lived.
