Many assumptions and assertions in that post but I heartily agree with the underlying sentiment.

People who do not properly care for themselves should be allowed to die without medical treatment. Your body, your choice.

What's proper and who decides is a separate question, I'll assume and assert my way around that detail, maybe throw in an appeal to authority for good measure.

I say we start with the morbidly obese, only because there are so many of them, low hanging fruit. Bungy jumpers, motorcycle riders, trampoline enthusiasts, on and on, all way too risky.

If it turns out that the fluid you've injected as part of a clinical trial puts you at grave risk from other directions and doesn't protect you from the virus......I assume you will not be seeking medical treatment. Just to keep it fair and consistent. Your body, your choice.
