RB From all I've read and heard, there were many options for evacuating civilians that made much better sense and Biden over ruled those that offered sound advice... Like Kabul State dept: July 11 "Start "immediate evacuation" Military: Don't abandon Bagram until everyone is gone Waiting until Kabul feel to start evacuation people was and remains the worst option
