Israel is expensive in everything as all the thieves swindlers or crooks take shelter under the state laws.

Major criminals received shelter and got away with not punishment and I am speaking money laundering and tax evasion in the billions.

They simply buy themselves the protection by donating a minimal fraction of the amounts looted to this or other cause supposedly cherished by the state.

Best example the former PM who left the country haaretz.com

Something unheard in a orderly state where law and order is respected and enforced.
