Looks like there may have been a change to the launch window, for that matter, it might already have happened. From the PAFB web site:

 Feb. 5 (change) -- A commercial Delta II will launch the Global-1 satellite from Pad 17A. Launch window opens at 6:21 a.m. (EST).

Any news on our birds?
