It was intentional fear mongering by the FDA. The dosage for animals is EXACTLY the same as for humans (200 micrograms per kg of body weight). Since the horse paste comes in tubes which can treat 1250 pounds of weight, some Darwinians probably thought they weighed 1250 pounds and took the entire tube. Meanwhile the FDA and NIH clowns ignore this:
