I was curious what your yield was against the cost of the residence? Can you give an estimate?

I'm not sure if an ordinary person managing owned property is safer than professional management managing property. In fact, I'd guess the professional managers are probably safer - it is what they do as a profession, whereas most people here do something else and if they're wealthy enough they try their hand at buying and renting residential properties.

I think it's probably much more likely Ordinary Joe (us) screws up our individually owned property investment than a professional property manager screws up their portfolio....
