What seemed strange to me was the absence of insider's holding shares in te company. It is my understanding shares and options are issued and held as incentives to participation and serve as motivation as was the case, for example, with Microsoft.

The technology in this case is elegant and quite simple in concept -- block cancer's highly metabolic cells nutrition by denying them circulation.
