OT. real estate. I agree with paul about not wanting to be a landlord. i'll stick with the flexibility and diversification of reits. let someone else manage the assets. related. i just bought a house lot in coos bay, oregon. looking at builders now and will have a new house there in < a year. exiting grass valley, california -- summers no fun anymore with fires, heat and smoke. ahhh, to be near the ocean. click: COOS BAY
