Re: Miners I have been accumulating VALE (iron Ore & copper) and a jr miner CLLXF (gold/silver & nickle and recently discovered Copper in one of their operations). CLLXF still not posting consistent profits so a lot depends on the price of the metal(s) and their ability to develop/expand their mining operations. VALE quite profitable but comes w/ some "Political" risk based on where their properties are located.. I have sold a few of my BHP and putting those funds into VALE. Similar companies but VALE appears to be the best 'value' candidate at this time.
