Mr. Faulkner continued, "DVD sell through to end users during the Christmas season was extremely strong. Sales volume for
the quarter was 800,000 units, principally DVD-Video units. We continue to supply a growing demand for product from the
major movie studios in addition to a developing client base of independent video studios and production houses, both in the US
and the European markets. Our proven capability to deliver DVD product on a timely basis strengthens our position as we
enter negotiations with the major movie studios for longer term supply contracts. Based on the home entertainment industry's
favorable outlook with respect to the increasing acceptance of and demand for DVD products, management continues to
expect that sales of DVD discs will have a positive impact on the Company's performance."
