The word from here (Seattle) is that we now have think tank symposiums scheduled on all sides of the political spectrum on "the MSFT problem." If we work at it long enough we will get the software industry into a tobacco senario.
I can't believe that MSFT is a bigger problem for our politicos than Bill Clinton's sex life. I am disappointed in our state's Senators (Murray and Gordon) for being so passive in this "pick away 'til we've got something" witch hunt. Hatch is featured speaker at one of these symposiums.
Just heard on NPR that"MSFT may be hurting NSCP more than thought." Netscape is peddling itself as an investment to the likes of ORCL and AOL. this should add fire to the coals.
More to the point: I have covered APR 140Cs. Any thoughts on buying them back or what's the path before they are exercised?
