Fulvio said:These people (mistakenly) assured PDG that their worthless work contracts would one day' be converted to full mining concessions. (Read the document I posted for your friend if you don't believe me. And BTW, you DID know that PDG only had work contracts and not full mining concessions right?)
BTW Fulvio are you aware that any mining permit in Venezuela is issued as a work contract first?? Are you aware that this is "industry standard" in a number of countries. Remember the fiasco with CoW's in Indonesia CoW= Contract of Work. Work contracts are issued to miners allowing them drilling "rights" without title all the time! However, in every country in the world including Canada, those rights have an unwritten assurance that you are not drilling on somebody elses property. CVG didn't issue the "rights" to drill. MEM issued those rights and passed them onto CVG! If the driller/miner determines that he wishes "right & title" to the property, after he has defined the specific area he wants, then title is issued for that specific area only! ie. driller decides to drill a 500,000 hectare concession. Hits an anomaly on a 10,000 hectare area and determines its strike length etc etc. Title is issued for the SMALLER concession, not the entire 500K concession.
>>>No, what I DO base my argument on is that PDG proceeded to drill before they had clear title to the property because they were in bed with corrupt officials of the CVG who told them that they could successfully circumvent the law.
That is the LAW oh wise one!!! You cannot get title to property in Venezuela. You apply for and are granted work contracts to drill the property. Once the area is reduced to the discovery site + exploratory zones, the miner than applies for title!!! I thought you new what you were talking about?? Do you actually think you can walk into Ven 88 or anywhere else in Venezuela and just apply for title on anything that is not spoken for ??
So let me see here!! Your argument is based on "your opinion" that;
a) PDG new CVG was corrupt b) PDG new that CVG was circumnavigating Ven Law c) PDG new that they were drilling on KRY property, but thought they could get away with it d) PDG was only working on a "work contract"
Sounds like you got an airtight case here, no doubt about it!!! I'll bet KRY wishes they had you on their legal team!!
First language is Cree, sorry for the englais pale face!!
