Good morning Frank-Markets are looking up this morning. From Briefing.com: "08:28 ET Stock Indications: Positive open expected in the U.S. Current level on the S&P futures indicates a 30-35 pt increse on the Dow at the open.... Europe doing well, with Germany up 1.37% and France +1.79%. Asia mixed. Big news of the morning is WSJ report that Netscape is shopping itself around. Stock indicated 3 3/4 pts higher in pre-market."
