The machinations continue at SVB. According to this PR, they are forming a separate company called Arras to hold their Kazakh assets but are apparently making no moves to list the shares of Arras, which means they are essentially worthless to shareholders. One hopes management will someday make that effort....

This leaves SVB holding only their Mexican property at Sierra Mojada, which is also at this point essentially worthless due to the blockades. The PR contains more detail on what the blockaders are after, but says nothing about anything SVB is doing to get rid of them so Sierra Mojada can have some value again.

So it seems to me that until the Arras shares are listed, SVB shares have essentially no value to shareholders. We can trade shares of Silver Bull that hold only a worthless asset but not trade the shares of Arras which holds an asset that may be of value.

Am I wrong?
