I can't find the j.pdf anymore (of course) from the doctor who began promoting it, but it is a fantastic story. He would go every year to coal miner territory (North Carolina? Not sure) and bring barrels of the stuff and distribute it for free. Even the miners who didn't have black lung had bad circulation and the older ones had difficulty breathing.

He would come back a couple of months later and they were so much better. The soles of the feet on a lot of them had been grey their circulation had been so bad and now they were pink like babies.

I'm starting it myself again today.

But please, please, please, if you do start it, remember to take a mult-mineral and even a trace mineral supplement. I like Trace Minerals by the company of the same name, Trace Minerals.

I would also add vitamin C, or raise my C, if one started the therapy. Mineral absorption is enhanced by vitamin C. To find out what you need per day there is a great article enttitled "Vitamin C Titration to Bowel Tolerance."

It's not like people think, you pop a 500mg or 1000mg pill every day and your health is hunky dory. Your body needs a certain amount for you and it's easy to find out what it i.

And the vitamin C in OJ is a joke.

This is not medical advice or a substitute for medical advice. Just my opinion.
