I've tried to talk to folks about how evil is often perpetrated on folks by first getting them as afraid of a bogeyman as possible -- then promising "safety" solutions war on drugs war on terror war on covid war on dangerous speech What's next? Someone told me that fear not in one form or another appears 365 times in the bible. I haven't checked this -- but fear is no virtue. Surprised how many otherwise faithful folks have given in ... Fear not ... sometimes it is hard to keep this in view ... but if we are looking in the right direction -- it shouldn't be that hard??
