Quick question...

Obviously no one has actual info on the pricing for each unit. I know there have been a number of speculations herein. However, my question pertaining to these agreements is does SYSF gain any ownership of the individual users names? The key is, do people have to register somehow with SYSF to allow a capture similar to other publishers? Is there a vehicle to allow software update and such?

See, being in the marketing business for a number of hi-tech firms, I know this is a potential gold mine for revenues. Very few if any OEM's have lists on the market and we work night and day trying to uncover hidden databases for mailers. With this in mind, having the ability to market names by specific mfr would present huge opportunities for SYSF. Even if SYSF contributed to a blind DB, $2 a name a year would be a good projection from such a database. Realizing our past rev/unit projections, this represents potentially doubling our revenues!

Now I've attempted to contact SYSF through IR a couple of times in the last six months and cannot get a response. Voice mail and email's simply are not returned. Can anyone definitively say whether SYSF retains any rights to these names? I sure hope they aren't missing the boat on this opportunity!
