Even cloth is 23% I really don't see hospitals using "medical grade" masks if they are only 10%. Think you can give THAT argument a rest. IMO the real clue to a hold up is when HC OK'd the China crap. Said meets requirements, but the graphene don't do squat. I think it's taking more time to come up with a ruling that ZenGuard does do squat. HC is risk adverse, and does not want to go out on a limb.... really wants to nail it down. (just my take, and I'm sticking to it.)
