I dispute everything you say, categorically. How's that? LOL.

Take a course. I took three almost 40 years ago, passed two bar exams, and have read case law and "the document" ever since. Easy to say stupid things like "we retained the right to abortion and gay marriage." Easy to read a news article and think you understand something. Much harder to provide some analysis or point to authority (other than the 9th Amendment) supporting such ridiculous assertions.

Find cases that say that, or even a law review article. Until then, well...time for another nappy, whipper-snapper. :)
