One of the know’s of hydrogen is that it is prone to leaking.
Oderant can not be added to hydrogen gas as that is the way it is… when it leaks you can’t smell it.
Propane leaks all the time,, and at much lower pressures than hydrogen would be leaking at ,,so,,
safe to say hydrogen would be leaking at greater volumes as,, on the whole,, greater pressures.

Did the last article mention “energy returned on energy invested,,” just to get it?? …No. It stops there.
Followed by all the energy sucking, oderant lacking, embrittlement cracking, prone to confining leaking
exploding , just to get to where it might, might be useful .Then all natural gas ,propane type burners would
have to be re engineered as hydrogen tends to explode at the burner when ignited,
No article exists that I have seen ,, that anyone is working on solving these hydrogen problems. |
