Homeless-ness solved: I spent 6 months in New Zealand, and did not not see a single homeless person. Not one. They have adopted the Housing First ideology, and funded their beliefs, and it works. It also saves money, because homeless people are expensive for police, courts, prisons, ER visits, etc.

Of course, the US is an Exceptional Country, and we have nothing to learn from any other nation, because we are already God’s Chosen People.
