It's not a question of "for and against" judicial review. My point was you don't understand the concept, only that those two words don't appear in language a moron can easily read in the instrument. You seem to think the Court should have zero power, but then want it to exercise power by engaging in something other than judicial review. You seem to be an "originalist" that claims the original document reserved gay marriage and abortion rights to the people via the 9th Amendment. Fascinatingly idiotic! Take a course and stop embarrassing yourself on these piddly boards.
