Lois, here are my questions for UTI:

1. What is their current dayrate vs December.
2. How many did they stack, if any.
3. When did they anticipate a turnaround in dayrate for the land rigs
4. Do they have a buyback program and if so what did they do?
5. If they don't have a buyback program where are they putting their money? Acquisition, timing, size, etc.
6. How much do they think the slowdown is due to the Spring lull?
7. What do they know of some of their competitors are doing?
