The Taliban just named its top leaders and they are the worst of the worst terrorists, all males of course, and certainly not an inclusive group as they promised Biden, including the number three person who is on the FBI's most wanted list with a 5 million bounty on his head.
The US is very upset with these new leaders (big fucking surprise) , and whereas Biden had put faith in the Taliban to work with him, now that we are gone they hunting down Americans and they are refusing to let people leave who have credentials.
What the real fantasy was, was thinking we could turn Afghanistan over to the worst terrorists in the world who hate our guts, give them billions of dollars in military equipment and then walk away so as to wash our hands of it, with it NOT coming back to bite us in the ass.
And boy are we seeing it now! We have just created another North Korea, and it is going to cause us great problems both militarily and for the Democrats as the Republicans now have a cudgel to beat our political brains out with.
And I would remind people, that the little resistance we are seeing, mostly with the women, is the result of the 20 years of education and general knowledge they got from the west---and which is now being crushed with zeal by the barbarians we turned the country over to!
We left before the women were strong enough to fight back.
