I don't think you have to worry about tampering where VII is concerned. I've had a small position in this stock since it was around 3 1/2. They earned 48cts/share last year on a 448% increase in business. So far this year, they've earned 31cts/share in Q1 alone and that still does not count revenues from their contract with the US Postal Service. With a forward looking P/E of about 7 at todays price, there's nothing you or anyone else on this thread can do to stop it.
