3.89 fails to hold on close I would go short again. I still think you are a long way from approval. To get approval HC would have to ignore a number of things I have already mentioned. Don't think they will do that.

So many mine investors understand so little about HC that it is a much larger crap shoot for them, then I.
HC never talks to the company that submits for approval, unless its to ask for more data, every time they do ask for more, the clock resets. And, yes, this can and has gone on endlessly
