from what I understand, some 2 million Chinese are in Africa. I'm thinking, mostly, the mass exploitation of natural resources. What China Is Really Up To In Africa forbes.com a pretty good article.. but I am of the opinion business with China is not & can never be 50/ 50.. is probably much less for the host country.
