one must realize there is money to be had in people's misery, legal or not, when resource extraction decimates poorer countries.

what I imply, a country immobilized by religious/ political strife, poor governances are prone for deceitful business practices by
outside foreign entities.

look at Somalia. Pirates. These guys were fisherman.. Happily so, that is until a few European countries decided to plunder their
offshore fishery. now they're terrorists.

hell, the Chinese are doing the same thieving fishery off the west coast of Africa.
hell again, the Chinese are even doing this off the coast of N.Korea.

One can/ should only engage from a position of strength.. unfortunately, as nice as the people here in the Balkans, they are of the
concern/ the victims, of their poor leadership doing dumb things.
