I found the article interesting, and would file it into the "rumor" category. Out of 100 treated, not all would be in trial. Xoma quite active this am 100k in 30 minutes. Mostly all sales ,defense at 5.125, looks like buyers at hand(not sure) . Trades also "larger" 3k,5k,10k variety.
