Glad to see you back Richard. I think that the next big move is when you get primary care physicians to prescribe MUSE. Initially this will be a slow process because primary care often is more concerned with Diabetes , high BP, etc.; also, it has been customary in the past to send things to the Urologists. But with Vivus ADs to PC Docs and all other ADs and word of mouth the message will soon spread, and with the added capacity Vivus will take off. I think in England Vivus should also take off extremely rapidly because pipeline will be full from the get go and people will not be frustrated as they were here in the beginning. TA
