Just plain silly The lowest Lithium pill is 150 mg and a usual dose 300 to 600mg 3x a day. i just said 5 mg once to twice a week. That is the level of lithium in the Texas water supply Now if one has early dementia the risk benefit changes and i would take 50 mg a day
