Unfortunately, falling in tandem with a lot of small cap stocks doesn't shield SPCT from lawsuits ... it just gives them a lot of company in court! You are right about the secondary offering -- those people must be pissed off in a major way (I can feel their pain, I caught the falling knife at 47 when I added to my position). You're also right that if SPCT goes back up in a meaningful way, these class action suits will probably fizzle (let's hope that happens).
