Well, it might just be because nothing much seems to be happening...
The share has made it's little jump, and might be taking a breather until the Nasdaq has run so many other shares up that attention again will fall upon our great favorite, or that our good friends in Seattle make some new announcements.
It would be nice to know whether the company is pursuing the 'prototype' stages, or is getting on with concrete production of VRDs. That's really a crucial theme for us. Many are those companies who have had a brilliant idea, but have lost all the earnings in the chase for the Holy Grail: Perfection. There will always be another generation VRD just ahead of MVIS, but if they should choose to wait until tomorrow indefinitely, we'll never see bottom line figures of interest. I'm not saying this is the current strategy, on the contrary: The company gives a very clear impression of being very professional in all it does.
Get the military high cost/high end products on the market, let the market pay, and storm on from there. If the Iraqui situation becomes as critical as it may seem to be a possibility of, I'd expect willingness to install equipment that creates new technology edges to 'our' side will be high. I've already noted that the 'smart' bombs from the Gulf War have developed into 'brilliant' bombs. Not that I'd feel all that (morally) comfortable in being profiting from an investment in a company assisting war efforts, but all in all, it's the first, important step towards extensive sivilian use.
