Hi Yard Man,

I think the absolute best thing that should be done is:

1) go fishing in the sunshine,
2) soak up all that vitamin D
3)Then catch some organic fish (PREFERABLY WALLEYE - HAD SOME TONIGHT I CAUGHT in the Bay of Green Bay), filet em and roll them in whipped eggs , dip'em in panko crumbs and saute in olive oil.

As good as it gets in this BS noisy world we endure!
