RD ~ Thanks for the EXCELLENT post. I'm sure there are a couple of folks sitting there saying 'What does that have to do with FTEL or this thread'. I am guilty for occasionally helping those 'nanos' get lost for a while but somehow they always seem to resurface. To all ~ I have hesitated posting this as it will certainly benefit some that I don't care to benefit but at the same time, maybe it will serve as an informative post to those that may be wondering what is going on. Vic has referrenced the warrant selloff and I will give a bit more detail. If you remember a couple of weeks back, we had 18 MMs. The last few days we have had 17. Who's missing? Take a look! Do you see Meyerson in there anywhere? In talking with the company yesterday, I learned that they removed themselves so as to be able to exercise their warrants. At a cost of $1.25 you can see why they would choose to exercise even at the current price as this still represents a 'triple'. Supposedly, there was some kind of 'understanding' that they would not exercise when the price was sub $5. They obviously aren't honoring that agreement. Trust me when I say that I don't care for this anymore than you. I personally have not exercised my warrants and I won't until this thing develops to a much higher level. My present net worth has been affected by this chain of transactions. At the same time, I have every confidence that my patience will reward me. Is it disconcerting? Hell yeah! But at least I know what is happening so I'm not 'running scared'. I hope this adds some understanding to the overall picture because I know with the consciousless continually bashing on this thread it can be trying. There is a new MM showing up today (18 again without Meyerson) and Raleigh informed me that it is BACH (Barron Chase). At least knowing WHO is selling and WHY helps me to understand the price movement and take whatever action I deem best. You don't have to be to smart to figure out that if you believe in your own DD that you may be presented with a gift that you didn't anticipate. There have been many times in my life that what at the time seem negative, turned out to be so positive that it affected my whole life.
