He didn't shut it down. The Governors did the lockdowns. Not the President.

The truth is that a President doesn't have that power short of declaring marital law. He wasn't like Pedo Biden. Trump played by the rules. He respected the Constitution. Final Solution Joe, on the other hand, thinks he is a dictator.
