We have the same and probably more cases; plenty of incidents of excessive use of force as well as outright murder. And as you say, they protect their own. The only reason we have cops going to prison is who would otherwise be free is the damning video evidence. BUT HERE YOU HAVE THE VIDEO EVIDENCE AND INSTEAD OF PROSECUTING THE COP ---> THEY'RE PROTECTING HIM. THAT'S FUGGED UP! That kinda shit pretty much settles it for me. I doubt I'll ever care to visit Hong Kong or China (several other countries as well). USA is the devil I know
