Bob Chris is the one following TA on IBM. The fact that it has not gone up so far with the market is troubling. But things can change rather quickly. I think IBM is taking a break before its next run. I agree with foreign money coming in, this is still the safest place to invest. Right now there are many favorable factors that I think will take this market to new highs. When everyone is looking for a big fall, it probably won't happen. H.
