Lucent Technologies Signs Global Distribution Agreement With
NICE Systems
TEL AVIV, Israel, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- NICE Systems Ltd. (Nasdaq:NICEY) and Lucent
Technologies (NYSE:LU) announced today that they have entered
into a world wide distribution agreement under which Lucent
will market and distribute NICE's voice logging solutions.
The agreement takes effect immediately.
The agreement, targeted to distribution to the call center
market plus other corporate logging opportunities,
includes distribution of NICE's leading Computer Telephony
Integrated (CTI) products.
''The addition of NICE Systems' transaction-based recording capabilities to our suite of mixed-media call
center solutions offers our customers an additional tool to
provide best-in-class service to their customers,''
said Lou Marianacci, vice-president of Lucent Technologies
Customer Sales and Service Division.
