Forcing someone to be vaccinated, by definition, would have to have resulted in inoculation having been effected. If no injection site, no vaccine coursing through the body, then no force can be shown.

It sounds like you are pursuing something more along the lines of extortion.

I'm not following you. Which rights might those be?

FYI, the guy who lost he smallpox case ended up paying a fine, which was how the law was set up--a choice of being inoculated or paying a $5 fine.
