Those might be the right to have employment. The right to travel like other Americans via airplane. The right to run ones business without interference like wearing idiot masks. The right to behave as though the virus were only a virus.

I’m not talking about changes to the Constitution. I’m talking about practical interference with the conduct of one's life.

Maher makes an interesting comment on the exaggerated risk perception that Democrats are freaking out about. I seldom agree with him but in this instance he gets it: Democrats have an overstated take on risk to the tune of 10x or so.
