Rights do not have to be enumerated. They exist unless government has a specific authorization in contravention.

The problem begins when you have the most incompetent president in the nation's history who will use any rule making facility he has to take down enemies.

Biden is clearly drunk on his power, and will use any tool to attack opponents.

It is astounding that you have watched one disaster after another created by this demented idiot, and have no apparent second thoughts about your votes.
