I read the rules in the paper not long ago and wished I had saved the article. I think it said that sub $1.00 companies would be notified by the end of Feb and then would have a time (I think 90 days) to do something (Can't rember what) before being demoted. I heard again today that some kind of CDSI anouncements were forthcoming (when??). Reverse split is still a mild concern for me too. However I just went through a 1:5 one on ATEC and after all the hoopla was over and the stock bottomed out I bought in and made a pretty good profit. Sold out though when the profit making was over for a while. That is short term stuff though. I am playing ALAN long for now to see what happens toward the end of this month. Plenty of time left for something to happen. IMHO
